Alert automation is a powerful feature that lets you trigger team alerts based on conditions. Currently, you can set an alert to notify your team when a customer’s invoice is overdue by a set number of days. More automation options are on our roadmap.

Admins can choose to display alerts immediately for urgent updates or automate them for later, ensuring timely action and clear team communication.

• Secure PIN for Customers: Combat rising phone impersonation threats with the Secure PIN field. Customers can set a 6-10 character alphanumeric PIN, required for verification when contacting your team over the phone. This ensures only authorised individuals can access account details, preventing unauthorised access while ensuring a secure and seamless account management experience.
• Custom Team Alerts: Keep your team informed with real-time alerts when accessing customer records. Choose from Information, Warning, and Critical alerts to highlight key customer details, such as overdue payments, restricted services, or special handling instructions.
