Aitools Module for Worksuite Saas (Beta)

The Aitools Module introduces AI-powered features to your Worksuite Saas application. At present, it provides advanced text rephrasing within any textarea, allowing users to quickly rewrite or enhance content with just a click. This seamless and integrated functionality improves your communication and workflow efficiency.

Note: Aitools is currently in Beta. Features and behaviors are still evolving. We are actively working to add more AI-powered capabilities in upcoming releases, designed to boost productivity, flexibility, and tight integration with Worksuite Saas. Your feedback is important as we continue to enhance Aitools.

The Aitools module is fully plug-and-play—no changes to your Worksuite Saas core are necessary. Minimal setup is required, and it can be enabled in both development and production environments.

Usage Requirements

• Worksuite Saas Laravel application (latest version recommended)
• OpenAI API key configured in the Aitools module settings

Setup & Operation

1. Install and enable the Aitools module in your Worksuite Saas app (the service provider loads automatically).
2. Enter and save your OpenAI API key in the Aitools settings area (Admin access required).
3. Highlight any text in a textarea, then use the Aitools rephrase button to create improved content.
4. Stay tuned for new features as we expand the module’s AI capabilities.
