Aitools Module for Worksuite (Beta)

Note: This Module is not a standalone product and is only compatible with Worksuite Saas

The Aitools Module adds AI-powered functionality to your Worksuite application. Currently, it enables advanced text rephrasing directly within the application’s textareas, helping users quickly rewrite or improve content with a single click. This feature is seamlessly integrated and easy to use, streamlining your communication and workflow.

Note: Aitools is currently in Beta. Some features and behaviors may evolve. We have plans to add more AI-powered features in future updates, aiming to boost productivity, flexibility, and integration with Worksuite. Your feedback is valuable as we expand and enhance the Aitools module.

Aitools is a drop-in module—no modification to your Worksuite core is required. Minimal configuration is needed, and it can be enabled in both development and production environments.

Usage Requirements

• Worksuite Laravel application (latest version recommended)
• OpenAI API key configured in the Aitools module settings

Setup & Operation

1. Install and enable the Aitools module in your Worksuite app (service provider auto-loads).
2. Add and configure your OpenAI API key in the Aitools settings screen (Admin access required).
3. Highlight any text in a textarea, then use the Aitools rephrase button to generate improved versions.
4. Watch for future updates as we expand the module’s AI capabilities.
