URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT!!

I am writing to inform you all of some changes regarding our technical support services and product offerings. Regrettably, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to continue providing technical support from now on and for the foreseeable future. Our entire technical support team has departed from the company without notice, and regrettably, I have limited technical knowledge on this particular software to offer support independently. While this transition has posed challenges, we are committed to ensuring minimal disruption to our products and continue to explore options to address any arising concerns. Your understanding and continued support during this time are deeply appreciated.

My previous team has worked with us to publish the game products and offered discounted rates for their tech support services, but current revenues and financial constraints may make technical support from other future contractors infeasible for the time being. I am consulting with experts to decide the best route to move forward with this business. As a result, I kindly ask that you refrain from sending technical support inquiries, as we will be unable to address them. We are doing our best given our current situation.

The good news is that our products remain fully functional, and comprehensive user documentation is provided inside of them for your convenience. Customers with experience in game design and/or reskinning can still confidently utilize our products by following the instructions we provided inside the files.

Please note that due to the resignation of our previous team and because this marketplace does not allow for the editing of multiple products at once, modifying descriptions and posting announcements for one hundred products consecutively like we used to do in the past is no longer feasible as well. I have streamlined our product offerings by consolidating individual game products into our main product bundles and our description and announcement updates will only be applied for our product bundles moving forward.

Our product bundles will still include the demo APK previews of our games. You can install the files on your phone and you can review their gameplay and their graphics. Our screenshots also remain on the store to let you see how the games look.

Refunds will only be provided to customers who have purchased products very recently before this announcement and have encountered major product issues they have not yet received technical support for. Thank you for your understanding and continued support during this transition period. We apologize for any inconvenience these major operational changes may cause.

You can use our game templates to create unique games, whether it’s just for friends or for everyone on Google Play. But you can’t sell or share the original templates. You can only sell or share the final games you’ve made from them. If you’re not sure if your game follows these rules, feel free to reach out to me.

If you’re sharing your game with the public, make sure you change the name, logo, sounds, and pictures from the original template. Your game should look different from other games made from the same template. This also helps avoid problems with spam or copyright when your game goes online.

After you buy, you get two weeks of basic support. This means we can answer any question you may have about our game templates and we may take some of your questions and post them on our FAQ section to help others who are also facing the same issue. We’re working on improving our support, so we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

As a perk we offer to all customers, we provide unlimited fixes for any errors that pop up with our templates. If we update or improve the template, you can immediately get the new version by reinstalling it from CodeCanyon.

You can’t change the game’s source code, but you can change the pictures and sounds. If you really need to change the source code, email me and we’ll see what we can do. If lots of people ask for this, we might make it an extra feature for our customers.
