Florist Shop Management is a comprehensive Perfex CRM module designed specifically for florist businesses. It enables you to manage your entire florist operation from within Perfex CRM, including products, floral arrangements, orders, deliveries, inventory, customer preferences, and detailed reporting. Streamline your day-to-day workflows, keep track of stock levels, and generate invoices directly from orders – all without leaving your CRM.
This Perfex CRM module is ideal for florist businesses and floral service providers operating in the following industries:
Product Management: Create and manage your flower products with full details including name, SKU, unit price, unit type (stem, bunch, piece, box), stock levels, low-stock thresholds, and seasonal availability.
Arrangement Builder: Build floral arrangements by combining multiple products. Define selling and cost prices, assign categories, and calculate arrangement costs automatically based on component products.
Category Management: Organise your products and arrangements into categories. Support for parent categories allows you to create a hierarchical structure. Track detailed inventory logs and receive low-stock alerts so you never miss a reorder. Inventory levels are automatically updated and deducted when orders are completed, keeping your stock accurate in real time.
Customer Management: Access comprehensive information about each customer including order history, contact information, and reminders, enabling efficient tracking of past orders, and maintenance of organised customer records.
Dashboard and Reporting: Get a quick overview of your florist business from the module dashboard, including today’s deliveries, pending orders, low-stock alerts, and revenue statistics (weekly, monthly, yearly). Generate detailed reports for sales, inventory valuation, delivery performance, and seasonal comparisons. Export reports to CSV or PDF.
Email Notifications: Optionally send email notifications to customers when their order is confirmed, out for delivery, or delivered. Configure notification preferences in the module settings.
