How the Order Process Works

• Customers place orders from one or multiple stores and product types.
• Available delivery personnel receive real-time order requests and can accept them.
• After confirmation (if enabled), vendors process the order and prepare it for handover.
• If store confirmation is enabled, vendors may confirm orders directly.
• Delivery personnel collect the order and deliver it to the customer.
