Quotare is a clean and modern form wizard HTML 5 site template. The purpose of the item is to provide a useful tool for receiving quote requests for your business. It currently comes with 5 demos (SEO Services, Home Alarms, Removals Services, Web Services), but the uses are endless. It also includes a version with price calculation and a more advanced one with conditional/branch answers: users view different steps depending on the answers provided. The script have a spam control via Javascript and PHP.
