Or this will useful to your marketing purpose. This contain signup form with security question to prevent spam into the forms. This app is completed with chart to show you daily visited linked.

To customize this code, you just need to follow commented tag inside of any js and ejs files. I already put commented tag on each file to easy way you find any section related to templating & functioning.
