    • Approved:: the admin accepts the new pricing/quantities, allowing the customer to proceed to checkout.
    • Rejected:: the request is declined.
  • The admin can modify prices, send messages to the customer, and every message is emailed to the customer and displayed on the quote page.
  • The admin can set an expiration date for the quote. After the deadline, the customer will no longer be able to complete the checkout with the approved pricing.
• Apply cart-level discounts based on the customer’s total order value, using either percentage or fixed-amount adjustments. You can also add custom text to describe the discount, and a progress bar will show customers how close they are to unlocking the next discount tier.
• Set a minimum cart value required to proceed to checkout for each customer group.
• Add a package fee for each customer group — either a fixed amount or a percentage of the cart total — and display a custom label for this fee.
• Disable specific payment methods and shipping methods for selected customer groups.
• Add extra fees or offer discounts based on the chosen payment method or shipping method.
• Enable or disable tax exemption per customer group. When customers provide a valid VAT number, they are automatically exempt from tax. VAT validation is processed through the official European Commission VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) API.
• Control which customer groups are available during user registration.
• Choose which custom fields are displayed for each customer group during registration.
• When a new user registers with a VAT number, the plugin automatically validates it within 1–2 minutes. The admin must approve the account in the User Manager. Until approved, the user can log in but will remain assigned to the Guest group.
• For pages, products, categories, and menu items, you can choose which customer groups are allowed to view them. If no group is selected, the content is visible to everyone.
• Fully compatible with most WordPress and WooCommerce themes.
